What you'll do
In this role, you will champion a $70M supplier ecosystem for SoFi Home Loans, architecting end-to-end strategy alignment between suppliers and business objectives. You will engage with internal and external partners to optimize supplier performance and drive operational excellence. Your responsibilities will include analyzing supplier data to inform decision-making, coordinating cross-functional initiatives, and ensuring that operational strategies align with financial discipline. You will play a critical role in enhancing the member experience by ensuring that supplier engagements are effective and aligned with SoFi's mission. You will also be responsible for identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing best practices across the Home Loans business.
