What you'll do

As a Software Engineer on the AI Financial Actions team, you will design and build high-impact services that connect financial guidance to actionable recommendations for SoFi's members. You will collaborate closely with product managers and other engineers to define the architecture and systems that will support the Financial AI Agent. Your role will involve developing algorithms that analyze member goals and financial data, transforming them into personalized, actionable insights. You will also be responsible for ensuring that the solutions you create are compliant with financial regulations and provide a seamless user experience. You will participate in code reviews and contribute to the overall improvement of the team's development processes. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to mentor junior engineers and share your knowledge of best practices in software development and AI integration.
