SolarWinds is hiring an APJ IT Service Delivery Manager to lead End User Support operations across the Asia-Pacific & Japan region. You'll manage Tier 1 and Tier 2 support teams in key locations including Bangalore, Mumbai, Manila, and Singapore. This role requires strong leadership and operational improvement skills.

What you'll do
In this role, you will oversee the End User Support operations for SolarWinds across the Asia-Pacific & Japan region. You will manage Tier 1 and Tier 2 support teams, ensuring they deliver high-quality internal IT support to employees in key locations such as Bangalore, Mumbai, Manila, and Singapore. Your responsibilities will include developing and implementing strategies to improve service delivery, enhancing team performance, and ensuring that support processes are efficient and effective. You will work closely with other leaders to align support operations with the company's goals and objectives, fostering a culture of collaboration and accountability within your teams. You will also be responsible for mentoring team members, helping them grow in their roles, and ensuring that they have the resources they need to succeed.
