You have a proven track record in product management, ideally with experience in observability or IT operations. Desirable
Experience with Service Level Objectives (SLOs) and incident management is a plus. Familiarity with event correlation and anomaly detection technologies will help you excel in this role. What you'll do
As a Senior Product Manager at SolarWinds, you will own the product vision and strategy for Intelligent Events, Health, and SLOs. You will lead the transformation of raw observability data into actionable insights that help customers manage their systems proactively. Your role will involve defining key metrics and success criteria for product features, ensuring alignment with customer needs and business goals. You will collaborate closely with engineering teams to drive the development of features that enhance operational health and reliability. Your success will be measured by the adoption of SLO features and the reduction of alert volumes, directly impacting customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
