What you'll do
As a Coach/Core Crew Team Member at Solidcore, you will lead clients through our signature 50-minute classes, focusing on low-impact, full-body workouts. Your role will involve educating clients on the proper use of our resistance-based machines, ensuring they feel empowered and supported throughout their sessions. You will create an inspiring environment where clients can push their limits and achieve their fitness goals.
You will participate in a comprehensive training program designed to equip you with the skills necessary to deliver exceptional coaching. This training will allow you to develop strong relationships with clients and provide them with the accountability they need in a small group setting. You will be responsible for maintaining a motivating atmosphere, where the lights are low, the music is engaging, and the community spirit is strong.
