What you'll do
As a Coach at Solidcore, you will lead clients through our signature 50-minute, full-body, low-impact classes. Your primary responsibility will be to educate clients on the use of our resistance-based machines while motivating them to push through challenging workouts. You will create an environment that fosters accountability and support, ensuring that each client receives the attention they need to succeed.
You will be part of a small, tight-knit team that values collaboration and community. Your role will involve not only leading classes but also building relationships with clients, understanding their individual needs, and providing feedback to help them improve.
