Who you are
You are an energetic and outgoing individual who enjoys interacting with people and providing excellent customer service. You understand the importance of creating a welcoming environment and are committed to delivering a positive experience for all studio visitors. Your ability to communicate effectively and work collaboratively with the Head Coach and Community Manager is essential for success in this role. You are adaptable and can handle varying hours based on the studio's schedule and needs.
What you'll do
As a Core Crew member, you will be responsible for front desk operations, ensuring that all visitors are greeted warmly and efficiently. You will assist with administrative tasks and support sales efforts by promoting the studio's offerings. Your role will involve engaging with the community, answering questions, and providing information about classes and memberships. You will contribute to the overall success of Solidcore by generating sales and fostering a positive atmosphere in the studio.
