What you'll do
As a Core Crew member, you will be responsible for providing front desk support, which includes greeting clients, managing check-ins, and ensuring a smooth operational flow. You will assist the Head Coach and Community Manager with administrative tasks and contribute to sales efforts by promoting studio offerings. Your role is crucial in creating a positive experience for clients, and you will be expected to maintain a friendly and professional demeanor at all times. You will also engage with the community to foster relationships and encourage participation in studio activities.
