Solidcore is hiring a Core Crew member for their Short Pump location to provide front desk and sales support. You'll contribute to the studio's success by generating sales and promoting a positive experience. This is a part-time position based in Henrico, Virginia.

Who you are
You are an energetic and outgoing individual who enjoys interacting with people and providing excellent customer service. You understand the importance of creating a welcoming atmosphere and are committed to delivering a positive experience for all studio visitors. Your ability to communicate effectively and work collaboratively with the Head Coach and Community Manager is essential in this role. You are adaptable and can handle varying hours based on the studio's schedule and needs, demonstrating flexibility in your work approach.
What you'll do
As a Core Crew member, you will be responsible for front desk operations, ensuring that all visitors are greeted warmly and efficiently. You will assist in administrative tasks and provide sales support, contributing to the studio's overall success. Your role will involve promoting the studio and its offerings, engaging with potential clients, and helping to generate sales. You will work closely with the Head Coach and Community Manager to ensure that the studio runs smoothly and that all clients have a positive experience.
