What you'll do

As a Core Crew member, you will be responsible for providing front desk support, which includes greeting customers, answering inquiries, and managing administrative tasks. You will work closely with the Head Coach and Community Manager to ensure smooth studio operations. Your role will also involve promoting the studio and generating sales, contributing to the overall success of the business.

You will engage with customers to deliver a positive experience, ensuring they feel welcomed and valued. Your responsibilities will vary based on the studio schedule, requiring flexibility and a willingness to adapt to changing needs. You will play a crucial role in maintaining the studio's reputation and fostering a sense of community among members.
