What you'll do

As a Core Crew member, you will be the first point of contact for clients at the front desk, providing administrative and sales support to the Head Coach and Community Manager. Your role will involve generating sales and promoting the studio's offerings, ensuring that every client has a positive experience. You will assist in managing the studio's schedule and operations, contributing to a smooth and efficient environment. Your responsibilities will also include engaging with the community, answering inquiries, and fostering a welcoming atmosphere that encourages client retention and satisfaction.
