What you'll do

As a Coach/Core Crew Team Member at [solidcore], you will lead clients through our signature 50-minute classes, focusing on full-body workouts that are low-impact yet challenging. Your primary responsibility will be to educate clients on the proper use of our resistance-based machines, ensuring they feel confident and empowered during their workouts.
