While prior fitness teaching experience or certification is not required, you are eager to undergo comprehensive training to become a solidcore coach. What you'll do
As a solidcore coach, you will lead clients through intense, full-body, low-impact classes designed to challenge and empower them. You will educate clients on the use of resistance-based machines and ensure they receive the support they need throughout their workouts. Your role will involve creating a motivating environment where clients feel encouraged to push their limits and achieve their fitness goals.
