What you'll do
As a Coach at Solidcore, you will lead clients through our signature 50-minute classes, focusing on low-impact, full-body workouts. Your role will involve educating clients on the proper use of resistance-based machines, ensuring they feel confident and empowered during their sessions. You will provide motivation and support, helping clients push through challenges while maintaining a positive and encouraging environment.
You will be responsible for creating an engaging class atmosphere, where the lights are low and the music is energizing. Your ability to connect with clients will be key in delivering personalized attention, allowing you to cater to their individual needs and fitness levels. You will also participate in Solidcore's comprehensive training program, which will equip you with the skills necessary to excel in your role.
