You are open to learning and willing to undergo comprehensive training to become a solidcore coach, even if you do not have prior fitness teaching experience or certification.

What you'll do

As a solidcore coach, you will lead clients through intense, full-body, low-impact classes that last 50 minutes. Your primary responsibility will be to educate clients on the use of resistance-based machines while motivating them to push through challenging workouts. You will provide personalized attention to each client, ensuring they receive the support they need in a small group setting. You will also be responsible for creating an inspiring environment with the right music and lighting to enhance the workout experience. Your role will involve building relationships with clients and fostering a sense of community within the classes.
