You understand the importance of personalized attention in a group setting and are eager to empower clients to push through challenging workouts. While prior fitness teaching experience or certification is not required, your enthusiasm for fitness and willingness to learn will set you apart as a candidate. You are ready to undergo comprehensive training to become a part of the solidcore coaching team.
What you'll do
As a Coach at solidcore, you will lead clients through intense, full-body, low-impact classes designed to challenge and inspire. Your primary responsibility will be to educate clients on the use of resistance-based machines, ensuring they feel confident and supported throughout their workout. You will motivate clients to push their limits while providing personalized feedback and encouragement.
You will work closely with a small group of clients, allowing you to deliver individualized attention and accountability. Your role will involve creating a welcoming and inspiring environment where clients feel empowered to discover their true potential.
