What you'll do
As a Coach/Core Crew Team Member, you will lead clients through our signature 50-minute classes, focusing on full-body workouts that are low-impact yet challenging. You will educate clients on the proper use of our resistance-based machines, ensuring they feel confident and empowered during their workouts. Your role will involve providing motivation and support to clients of differing skill levels, helping them push through their limits.
You will be responsible for creating an engaging and inspiring environment during classes, where the lights are low and the music is energizing. Your ability to connect with clients on a personal level will be crucial in fostering a sense of community and accountability within the group. You will also participate in our selective training program, which emphasizes individualized support and feedback to help you grow as a coach.
