You are looking for a role that offers flexibility, allowing you to choose between office-based, telemedicine, or hybrid practice.

You have a strong desire to grow your psychiatric practice and are willing to commit at least two days a week to practice development. You value clinical autonomy and want to maintain control over treatment decisions while benefiting from comprehensive business support. You are motivated by the opportunity to work alongside experienced professionals and are eager to engage in ongoing professional development through peer consultation and office hours with the Medical Director.

What you'll do

In this role, you will focus on building your ideal caseload with the support of dedicated coaches and thoughtful client matching. You will engage in practice growth activities, ensuring that you are positioned for long-term success in your psychiatric practice. You will collaborate with physician partners to enhance your practice's capabilities and ensure that you are providing the highest quality of care to your clients. You will also benefit from free credentialing with major insurers, including exclusive access to Medicare and Medicare Advantage.

You will receive guaranteed pay and billing support, with bi-weekly payments for completed sessions, including no-shows. Your responsibilities will include maintaining clinical excellence through regular consultations and ongoing professional development opportunities. You will have the flexibility to choose your practice model, whether it be office-based, telemedicine, or a hybrid approach, allowing you to create a schedule that works best for you.
