What you'll do
As a Mental Health Therapist at SonderMind, you will have the flexibility to set your own working hours and manage your practice. You will be empowered to bring your existing clients while also receiving new referrals through our platform. You will benefit from streamlined credentialing with major insurers, allowing you to expand your practice quickly. Your role will involve conducting therapy sessions, either via telehealth or in-person, and you will have the support of a dedicated account manager to help you grow your practice.
You will be part of a network that prioritizes mental health and well-being, both for clients and clinicians. You will have access to AI-powered tools designed to outsmart burnout and enhance your workflow. This position allows you to focus on delivering exceptional care while we handle the billing and administrative tasks, ensuring you receive guaranteed pay bi-weekly for completed sessions, including no-shows.
