What you'll do
As a Mental Health Therapist at SonderMind, you will have the flexibility to set your own working hours and maintain a healthy work-life balance. You will conduct therapy sessions either in-person or via telehealth, providing care to your existing clients while also receiving new referrals through the SonderMind platform. You will benefit from a streamlined credentialing process that allows you to accept insurance from major payors quickly, enabling you to expand your practice.
You will work closely with a dedicated account manager who will support you in growing your practice and personalizing your caseload through thoughtful client matching. Your role will involve delivering ethically grounded, human-first care that enhances outcomes for your clients. You will also have the opportunity to collaborate with other therapists within the SonderMind network, sharing insights and best practices to improve the quality of care provided.
