You are a licensed mental health therapist with a passion for providing compassionate care. You understand the importance of mental health and are committed to fostering relationship-driven care. You have experience working with diverse clients and are skilled in utilizing technology to enhance therapeutic outcomes. You are adaptable and can manage your own practice while also being open to receiving referrals. You believe in the importance of self-care and are proactive in preventing burnout.
What you'll do
As a Mental Health Therapist at SonderMind, you will deliver exceptional care to clients using cutting-edge, AI-powered tools. You will have the flexibility to set your own working hours and conduct sessions via telehealth or in-person. You will onboard your existing clients while also receiving new referrals, benefiting from thoughtful client matching to personalize your caseload. You will work closely with a dedicated account manager who will support you in growing your practice and navigating the credentialing process with major insurers.
