You have a strong background in treasury and equity administration, with experience in managing equity plans and corporate treasury operations. Your analytical skills allow you to support the organization's financial objectives effectively, and you thrive in collaborative environments where you work alongside finance, legal, and human resources teams. You understand the importance of compliance and risk management in financial operations, ensuring that all processes align with company policies and regulations.
You possess excellent communication skills, enabling you to articulate complex financial concepts to various stakeholders. Your attention to detail ensures accuracy in all financial reporting and analysis, and you are adept at using financial software and tools to streamline processes. You are proactive in identifying areas for improvement within treasury operations and equity administration, contributing to the overall efficiency of the finance organization.
What you'll do
In this role, you will be responsible for the day-to-day administration of the company's equity plans, ensuring that all transactions are processed accurately and in a timely manner. You will assist with corporate treasury operations, including cash management, liquidity forecasting, and risk assessment. Collaborating closely with the finance organization, you will support financial reporting and analysis, providing insights that drive strategic decision-making.
You will work with the controllers' group to ensure compliance with financial regulations and reporting standards. Your role will involve liaising with legal and human resources teams to manage equity-related matters, including employee stock options and equity grants. You will also participate in the development of policies and procedures related to treasury and equity administration, ensuring that they align with best practices and regulatory requirements.
