You have a strong portfolio showcasing real-time organic animations and physics-based effects — your work demonstrates a deep understanding of shader programming and animation techniques. You are proficient in GLSL, HLSL, and WGSL, and you know how to maximize GPU capabilities to create stunning visual experiences. Your background includes experience in developing animations for embedded systems, and you have a keen eye for detail in crafting user interfaces that are both functional and aesthetically pleasing.
You thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with Animation Artists to design and implement dynamic UI animations and special effects. Your ability to apply a deep understanding of physics allows you to create energetic and natural-feeling animations that enhance user interaction. You are passionate about marrying craftsmanship with advanced technology, and you are excited about the opportunity to influence product development from concept to launch.
What you'll do
In this role, you will program iconic animations for robotics-adjacent interior design objects, serving as both the user interface and operating system. You will collaborate closely with Animation Artists to design and implement dynamic UI animations and special effects that elevate the user experience. Your responsibilities will include developing efficient rendering algorithms optimized for resource-constrained embedded systems, ensuring that animations run smoothly and effectively.
You will demonstrate exceptional proficiency in shader programming to maximize GPU capabilities, creating complex transformations and morphing text into organic shapes. Your work will involve applying a deep understanding of physics to craft animations that feel natural and engaging. You will be involved in the entire product development process, from initial concept prototyping through embedded implementation to public launch, making a significant impact on the final product.
