What you'll do

As the Lead Electronics Engineer on the Starlink team, you will be responsible for the design and performance of next-generation gateways — your role involves ensuring that the ground station antenna hardware can withstand harsh environmental conditions while maintaining reliable communication with millions of users globally. You will lead the engineering efforts to develop high-volume consumer hardware that connects users to the Starlink satellite network, focusing on both functionality and user experience.

You will collaborate closely with other engineers and teams to integrate hardware and software solutions, ensuring that all components work seamlessly together. Your responsibilities will include conducting rigorous testing and validation of designs, as well as troubleshooting and resolving any issues that arise during the development process. You will also mentor junior engineers, sharing your knowledge and expertise to help them grow in their roles.
