What you'll do

As a Porter at SpaceX, you will be responsible for interacting with guests and staff in a polite and courteous manner, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere in the private restaurant. You will assist with restocking supplies and completing daily, weekly, and monthly tasks in a timely and accurate manner. Your role will involve demonstrating sanitation and food safety practices consistently, as well as evaluating receiving spaces to maintain a safe environment.

You will coordinate job duties with other team members to ensure efficient preparation for the opening of service, which is crucial for maintaining high standards of customer service. Additionally, you will be responsible for accurately putting food orders away and rotating stock in the cooler, freezer, and dry storage areas using the first in-first out (FIFO) method while monitoring shelf life and code dates. Maintaining a basic working knowledge of the operation of all restaurant equipment will also be part of your responsibilities, allowing you to support the kitchen team effectively.
