You have a background in manufacturing engineering with a focus on supplier development — your experience includes improving quality, cost, delivery, and capacity metrics for mechanical hardware. You possess strong analytical skills and are adept at developing creative supply chain strategies — your ability to communicate effectively with suppliers and internal teams ensures that production goals are met efficiently. You are detail-oriented and committed to maintaining high standards in all aspects of your work.

Desirable

Experience with satellite or aerospace manufacturing processes is a plus — familiarity with industry standards and regulations will help you navigate the complexities of the role. A proactive approach to problem-solving and a passion for innovation in manufacturing will set you apart.

What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for improving the quality and efficiency of mechanical hardware used in the Starshield satellite and ground station systems.
