You have a strong background in mechanical engineering, particularly in the design and manufacturing of printed circuit boards (PCBs). Your experience includes developing and implementing advanced manufacturing processes, and you are familiar with the tools and technologies necessary for high-volume production. You possess a solid understanding of mechanical design principles and are skilled in using CAD software such as AutoCAD and SolidWorks.

Your problem-solving skills enable you to tackle complex engineering challenges, and you are comfortable working collaboratively with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals. What you'll do

As a Mechanical Engineer on the Starlink team, you will lead the development of state-of-the-art production processes for PCBs. This involves designing and implementing all necessary equipment, facilities, tooling, and manufacturing process technologies to scale production effectively. You will own projects from conception through factory design, machine installation, commissioning, and ramping up production.

You will collaborate closely with other engineers and teams to ensure that the manufacturing processes meet the high standards required for the Starlink project. Your role will also involve continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and reduce costs in the production process. You will be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving any issues that arise during production, ensuring that the manufacturing operations run smoothly and efficiently.
