You have a solid background in network engineering, with experience in defining and deploying network solutions that enhance connectivity. You are comfortable working directly with hardware and customers to improve performance and reliability. You have experience providing technical support and acting as a subject matter expert in customer interactions. Your proactive approach allows you to develop processes that streamline customer integration with network equipment.
What you'll do
As a Network Engineer on the Starlink Community Gateway team, you will be responsible for defining, building, and deploying key product features that unlock new use cases for global connectivity. You will work closely with hardware, software, and business operations teams to implement product requirements that address customer needs. Your role will involve direct support for the activation of new installations, ensuring that customers have a seamless experience from initial connectivity.
You will also provide pre-sales support to sales teams, acting as the technical representative for Community Gateways in customer interactions and proposal reviews. Your expertise will help improve the performance and reliability of the Community Gateway hardware, and you will be instrumental in resolving technical issues as they arise.
