What you'll do
As a Software Engineer on the Starlink team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining the digital interfaces that allow users to set up their Starlink service, monitor outages, and manage their accounts. You will work closely with other engineers to design and implement features that enhance the user experience and ensure that the software is reliable and efficient. You will also collaborate with support teams to build tools that help resolve customer issues quickly and effectively.
You will be involved in the entire software development lifecycle, from initial design through deployment and maintenance. Your role will require you to write clean, maintainable code and participate in code reviews to uphold the quality of the software. You will have the opportunity to work on innovative solutions, including integrating AI-powered chatbots to improve customer support.
