What you'll do

As the Supervisor of Development Operations for Starlink, you will lead a team responsible for the fabrication of engineering R&D and factory build-outs. Your role will involve overseeing the assembly line technologies for Starlink User Terminals, ensuring that production meets quality and efficiency standards. You will collaborate with engineering leaders to develop new products and improve existing processes, driving innovation in PCB manufacturing and silicon packaging. Your leadership will be crucial in managing the day-to-day operations of the team, ensuring that all projects are completed on time and within budget. You will also be responsible for mentoring team members, helping them grow their skills and advance their careers within the company.
