What you'll do
As an Application Software Engineer at SpaceX, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining applications that support the production and flight of launch vehicles. You will work on systems that facilitate the rapid build and reuse of Starship, as well as design next-generation manufacturing software for high throughput factories. Your role will involve collaborating with engineers across the company to ensure that applications are aligned with the needs of crewed launches and the Starlink network.
You will have the opportunity to take ownership of projects, driving them from conception through to implementation. This includes designing user interfaces, optimizing performance, and ensuring that applications are reliable and scalable. You will also be involved in troubleshooting and resolving issues that arise in production environments, ensuring that systems remain operational and efficient.
