SpaceX is hiring a Technical Training Specialist for their Starlink project to develop and deliver training instructions and lead qualification-based training initiatives. This role requires strong communication skills and hands-on experience in a technical environment.

You are a Technical Training Specialist with a strong belief in the power of education and knowledge. Your resourcefulness and creativity enable you to develop innovative training solutions that meet the needs of both production and engineering teams. You have applicable industry experience that informs your approach to training and development.
What you'll do
In this role, you will develop and deliver training instructions using manufacturing planning-based applications. You will steer the introduction of all forms of training documentation used by production and engineering for on-the-job training. Leading the implementation of qualification-based authority training initiatives will be a key responsibility, ensuring that training and certification verification processes are effectively accomplished. You will also lead the development of new courses and course content, aligning them with engineering specifications to ensure relevance and effectiveness. Proactively identifying new or underdeveloped process skills will be essential, as you will deliver training that measurably reduces risk and enhances skill proficiency.
