What you'll do

As an Algorithmic Trader, you will trade a wide range of financial instruments and develop, maintain, and improve trading strategies and algorithms. You will manage the execution and risk of complex trading portfolios, ensuring that your strategies are effective and efficient. Collaborating with developers from the IT department, you will run projects that enhance trading tools and systems.

Your responsibilities will include analyzing market trends, backtesting trading strategies, and optimizing algorithms for better performance. You will also be involved in running trading desks and making data-driven decisions to maximize profitability. Your role will require you to stay updated on industry developments and continuously refine your skills in algorithmic trading.

What we offer

At Sparkland Trading, you will enjoy a competitive base salary of USD 5,500 per month, along with an annual performance-based bonus. We provide a generous sign-on bonus of USD 4,000 on your first working day to assist with initial expenses such as tickets and relocation.
