Who you are
You have 5+ years of experience in data analysis, particularly in client-facing roles where you've successfully identified growth opportunities for businesses. Your expertise in SQL allows you to manipulate and analyze large datasets effectively, providing actionable insights that drive strategic decisions. You thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with clients and internal teams to deliver tailored solutions that meet specific needs.
Your strong communication skills enable you to present complex data in a clear and compelling manner, making it accessible to stakeholders at all levels. You are comfortable challenging assumptions and are adept at forging new paths in data-driven decision-making. Your background in the Health & Wellness industry is a plus, as it gives you a deeper understanding of the values-based consumer market.
What you'll do
As a Senior Analyst at SPINS, you will engage directly with clients to understand their business challenges and identify their largest growth opportunities. You will deliver strategic analyses and insights by applying SPINS' proprietary assets alongside client data. Your role will involve leveraging both quantitative data and qualitative insights from the wider SPINS organization to provide comprehensive recommendations.
You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that the insights you provide are actionable and aligned with client goals. Your ability to synthesize complex information into clear, strategic recommendations will be key to helping clients navigate the competitive landscape of the Health & Wellness industry. You will also be responsible for maintaining strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and that they are satisfied with the insights provided.
