Who you are
You are a trade-qualified Vehicle Damage Assessor looking to transition from hands-on work to an office-based role. You have a strong understanding of vehicle assessment and repair processes, and you are eager to apply your expertise in a modern, tech-driven environment. You value collaboration and are ready to work with a team that appreciates experience and good judgment. While prior assessing experience is ideal, you may also come from an estimating or hands-on repair background and are keen to learn and grow in the assessing field.
What you'll do
In this role, you will assess vehicle damage and determine safe, cost-effective repair solutions for Splend's self-insured fleet. You will work in a stable, Monday to Friday office environment, utilizing smart systems and strong processes to streamline your assessments. Your technical expertise will be crucial in ensuring that repairs are both safe and economical, contributing to the overall efficiency of the fleet management. You will collaborate with a team of assessors, sharing insights and best practices to enhance the assessment process and improve outcomes for the company.
