What you'll do

As the Python Engineer Team Lead at SplitMetrics, you will take full ownership of planning and delivering platform roadmap items. You will lead the backend engineers in your team, organizing their day-to-day work and ensuring predictable delivery. Your role will involve planning work for the next quarter and contributing to high-level multi-quarter planning alongside the Director of Engineering.

You will focus on improving delivery accuracy, reducing delays, and managing risks early in the development process. Your responsibilities will also include designing and implementing backend solutions that align with the company's strategic goals, ensuring that your team is equipped to meet the challenges of a fast-paced environment.
