Who you are

You are a Product Designer with a strong product sense and a hands-on approach — you love to dig into products, understand user needs, and craft solutions for complex B2B and analytical workflows. You have experience designing end-to-end product experiences and collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams. You thrive in a remote-first environment and are comfortable working across different time zones.

You possess a deep understanding of user-centered design principles and have a portfolio that showcases your ability to create intuitive and effective design solutions. You are skilled in using design tools like Figma and have a keen eye for detail, ensuring that every aspect of your designs aligns with user needs and business goals. You are proactive in identifying opportunities for improvement and are not afraid to iterate on your designs based on user feedback.

What you'll do

In this role, you will design end-to-end product experiences for SplitMetrics' ecosystem of products, which includes platforms for automating and optimizing Apple Ads and A/B testing. You will collaborate closely with product and engineering teams to identify opportunities and translate requirements into intuitive, effective design solutions. Your work will directly impact the user experience for top mobile-first businesses worldwide, helping them achieve their marketing goals.

You will participate in user research and testing to gather insights that inform your design decisions. You will also work on creating wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that effectively communicate your ideas. As part of a remote team, you will engage in regular communication and collaboration with colleagues across 20+ countries, contributing to a supportive and innovative culture.
