What you'll do
As a Security & Risk Analyst at SpotHero, you will be responsible for monitoring transactions in real-time to identify and stop fraudulent activities before they occur. You will analyze patterns and trends in transaction data to reduce dispute ratios and associated fees, ensuring a trustworthy environment for drivers and partners.
