Who you are
You have a strong background in finance and analytics, with at least 5 years of experience in financial planning and analysis. Your expertise lies in evaluating commercial terms and building robust financial models that support strategic decision-making. You possess exceptional communication skills, allowing you to effectively partner with cross-functional teams including Licensing, Legal, and Finance. You thrive in high-visibility roles and are comfortable navigating the complexities of negotiations in the music industry. Your analytical acumen is complemented by strong business judgment, enabling you to guide data-driven decisions that shape long-term economics.
Desirable
Experience in the music or entertainment industry is a plus, as is familiarity with licensing agreements and negotiations. You are adept at leading teams and mentoring direct reports, fostering a collaborative environment that encourages growth and innovation.
