Who you are

You have a strong background in project management or business analysis, with experience in leading projects from inception to delivery. Your analytical skills allow you to identify gaps and propose effective solutions that align with business objectives. You are comfortable working with senior stakeholders and have a knack for translating technical requirements into actionable project plans.

Your experience with tools like Jira is complemented by a solid understanding of methodologies such as Agile or Scrum. You thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with cross-functional teams including development, quality assurance, and production support. You possess a degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, which provides you with a strong technical foundation.

Desirable

Experience in Microservice architecture, Domain-Driven Design, and API Design is a plus, as is familiarity with cloud-native applications and DevOps practices. You are proactive in seeking out opportunities for improvement and are adept at managing multiple projects simultaneously.

What you'll do

In this role, you will take ownership of the project lifecycle, starting with requirements elicitation to gather business needs and identify problems. You will structure and scope these requirements into technical projects, ensuring that all stakeholders are aligned on objectives and deliverables. Your ability to analyze current business processes will help establish a comprehensive understanding of the project landscape.

You will design end-to-end solutions and propose implementation options, providing evaluations and recommendations to optimize decision-making for the firm. As the primary interface between various teams, you will facilitate communication and collaboration, ensuring that all functional and technical knowledge is effectively managed.

Your responsibilities will also include creating and maintaining product and project specifications with a high level of accuracy. You will track project progress against milestones and ensure that deliverables meet quality standards. Your role is crucial in driving the product design that aligns with the firm's goals, making your contributions vital to the success of the organization.
