You possess excellent communication skills and can manage tasks independently while handling multiple projects. You are eager to learn and grow in a fast-paced financial technology environment, and you thrive on feedback to iterate and improve your designs.

What you'll do

In this role, you will collaborate closely with your team to create new screens, workflows, and features in Figma for both new and existing applications. You will contribute to the frontend codebase in React, translating designs into production-ready code. Your responsibilities will include applying UX principles while considering accessibility, performance, and delivery timelines.

You will partner with developers, product managers, analysts, and trading teams to refine designs and solve user problems. Additionally, you will contribute to and help maintain the design system components, ensuring consistency across applications. Conducting QA testing on implemented designs will also be part of your role to ensure high-quality deliverables.
