Job Description

Who you are

You have a strong background in program management with a focus on technical execution — your experience includes leading projects that intersect technology and marketing, particularly in programmatic advertising. You understand how programmatic auctions work and possess in-depth knowledge of openRTB and auction signal behavior, allowing you to translate complex technical goals into actionable programs. Your analytical skills enable you to measure the impact of your initiatives effectively, ensuring that performance improvements are quantifiable.

You thrive in a fast-paced environment where you can drive projects from scoping and planning through to execution and impact measurement. Your hands-on approach means you are not afraid to get involved in the technical details, ensuring that your team is aligned and focused on achieving the desired outcomes. You are a strong communicator, capable of collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure that all stakeholders are informed and engaged throughout the project lifecycle.

What you'll do

In this role, you will lead key initiatives aimed at enhancing the performance of StackAdapt's bidding system. You will focus on improving traffic optimization and auction dynamics, working closely with data science teams to leverage inventory signals effectively. Your responsibilities will include scoping projects, defining success metrics, and ensuring that the bidding strategy translates into measurable improvements across performance and platform health. You will also be responsible for driving the execution of these projects, ensuring that timelines are met and that the quality of work aligns with StackAdapt's high standards.

You will collaborate with various teams, including engineering and marketing, to ensure that the technical aspects of the bidding system are optimized for performance. Your role will require you to stay updated on industry trends and best practices in programmatic advertising, allowing you to bring innovative ideas to the table. You will also be tasked with measuring the impact of your initiatives, using data to inform future strategies and adjustments.
