What you'll do

In this role, you will enable development teams to focus on software creation by taking ownership of the delivery of software — you will implement and manage CI/CD pipelines that automate the deployment process, ensuring that software releases are efficient and reliable. You will work closely with development teams to understand their needs and provide the necessary infrastructure support.

You will be responsible for creating and maintaining platform automation tooling that supports the release cadence of infrastructure, databases, and software systems at scale — your work will directly impact the efficiency and effectiveness of the development process. You will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices in DevOps.

Your role will involve monitoring system performance and reliability, troubleshooting issues as they arise, and ensuring that the infrastructure is secure and compliant with industry standards — you will play a key role in maintaining the integrity of the STAR platform. You will also contribute to the continuous improvement of DevOps practices within the organization, sharing your knowledge and expertise with your colleagues.
