What you'll do

As a Senior Full Stack Engineer at Stay22, you will play a pivotal role in the development of our integrated widget and affiliate platform. You will be responsible for optimizing the execution of scripts on various sites, ensuring high performance and reliability. Your work will involve creating efficient methods for content injection and widget integration, allowing our partners to enhance their offerings seamlessly.

You will continuously optimize loading times and script execution efficiency through techniques such as minification, caching, and deferred loading. Your expertise will help in developing precise event handlers to track user interactions, providing valuable insights into user behavior. You will also contribute to maintaining the infrastructure that powers Stay22's embeddable products, ensuring that they are scalable and maintainable.

Collaboration is key in this role, as you will work closely with product managers, designers, and other engineers to align on project goals and deliverables. You will participate in code reviews and mentor junior developers, fostering a culture of learning and improvement within the team.
