You have over 5 years of experience supporting IT infrastructure in a large, multinational organization, particularly in a majority-SaaS environment. Your extensive hands-on experience administering and supporting Microsoft Azure and Google Workspace makes you a strong candidate for this role. You are skilled in scripting with PowerShell, Python, or Bash, and have familiarity with endpoint management tools like Workspace One and Intune. Your strong understanding of IT compliance and best practices ensures that you can effectively review hardware and software to meet organizational standards.

You are a motivated and dedicated individual who thrives in a collaborative environment. You enjoy automating manual processes and are eager to contribute to infrastructure projects that improve and streamline business initiatives. Your ability to document new technologies and train employees on their use demonstrates your commitment to knowledge sharing and team development. You are also prepared to serve as an escalation point for day-to-day Helpdesk tickets, showcasing your problem-solving skills and customer service orientation.

What you'll do

As a Cloud Engineer at StockX, you will play a vital role in the implementation and administration of global systems and infrastructure services. You will design and implement solutions to strengthen the IT infrastructure using centrally managed, cloud-based tools. Your responsibilities will include automating manual processes wherever possible to enhance efficiency. You will also participate in after-hours on-call rotations as needed, ensuring that the IT infrastructure remains robust and responsive.

You will contribute to infrastructure projects that improve and streamline business initiatives, collaborating closely with other IT team members to ensure alignment with the strategic IT vision. Your role will involve reviewing hardware and software to ensure compliance with policies, standards, and configuration guidelines. Additionally, you will document new technologies and train employees on their use, fostering a culture of continuous learning within the organization.
