What you'll do

As the Engineering Manager at Storable, you will own and champion the development process of web-based applications, overseeing the software development lifecycle (SDLC), coding standards, code reviews, check-ins, builds, issue tracking, bug triages, incident management, and testing. You will build and maintain a high-performing software development team, which includes hiring, training, and onboarding new engineers. Your role will also involve identifying opportunities to streamline processes and eliminate unnecessary meetings and interruptions, ensuring that your team can work efficiently and effectively.

You will be accountable for the overall performance of your team as they navigate the next phase of Storable's growth, focusing specifically on the RV and Campground Division. Your leadership will be crucial in fostering an environment where engineers feel supported and empowered to deliver high-quality software solutions that assist operators with bookings, point of sale, and customer management tasks.
