You have a strong background in business intelligence and analytics, with at least 5 years of experience leading teams in a B2B SaaS environment. Your expertise lies in translating complex business needs into actionable data insights, and you excel at fostering a culture of excellence and continuous learning among your team. You understand the importance of data integrity and are committed to delivering high-quality reporting solutions that meet customer needs.
You possess excellent communication skills, enabling you to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including product, engineering, and customers. Your customer-centric approach to data visualization ensures that the reports you oversee provide high-value insights that drive operational success for self-storage operators. You are passionate about mentoring and developing your team, helping them grow their skills and advance their careers.
What you'll do
In this role, you will lead and mentor a team of BI Analysts, overseeing the end-to-end delivery of customer reports from initial requirements gathering to deployment and user adoption. You will develop a deep understanding of self-storage operations and the software ecosystem to ensure that the reporting solutions you deliver are both actionable and impactful. Your leadership will enhance the reporting experience for storage operators, directly contributing to the company's overall business objectives.
You will collaborate closely with Product Owners to align the BI roadmap with the overall product strategy, ensuring that the analytics lifecycle is effectively managed. Your ability to transform complex data into actionable insights will be pivotal in helping our operators run their businesses effectively. You will also be responsible for fostering a culture of data-driven decision-making within the organization, encouraging your team to continuously improve and innovate in their reporting solutions.
