What you'll do

In this role, you will own end-to-end systems for AI and machine learning at Strava, driving key projects from initial stakeholder requirements to full implementation. You will collaborate with product managers and engineers to define the scope of projects and ensure alignment with business goals. Your responsibilities will include developing machine learning models that enhance personalization and recommendations for Strava athletes. You will also monitor model performance and make necessary adjustments to optimize outcomes. As part of the AI and Machine Learning team, you will contribute to the strategic direction of machine learning initiatives and help unlock new technological capabilities for the future. You will participate in code reviews and provide mentorship to junior engineers, fostering a culture of learning and innovation within the team.
