What you'll do

As the AI Engineering Manager, you will lead a team dedicated to developing AI/ML solutions within the Payment Intelligence Suite of products. Your responsibilities will include overseeing the design and implementation of machine learning models that optimize payment processes and enhance risk management. You will collaborate closely with product managers, data scientists, and engineers to ensure that AI capabilities are integrated seamlessly into Stripe's offerings.

You will also be responsible for mentoring and developing your team, providing guidance on best practices in AI and machine learning. Your role will involve setting strategic direction for AI initiatives, ensuring alignment with Stripe's mission to enhance global economic and technological development.
