Who you are

You are a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual with a strong ability to manage the end-to-end vendor onboarding process. You have experience partnering with cross-functional stakeholders and possess excellent written and verbal communication skills. You are self-disciplined, diligent, proactive, and detail-oriented, with a willingness to roll up your sleeves to get the job done. You are comfortable performing manual and sometimes repetitive tasks, ensuring that all necessary documentation is collected and verified.

What you'll do

In this role, you will execute a variety of operational tasks within Stripe’s procurement system to ensure that purchase requests are processed accurately and timely. You will collaborate closely with teammates within the Procurement and the business to manage queues of requests that require action. Your responsibilities will include managing the vendor onboarding process, ensuring compliance with Stripe's standards, and facilitating purchase order approvals. You will also be involved in reviewing and advising on contract structures and terms, conducting risk assessments, and onboarding suppliers for secure payment processing.
